Campbell's Crew Cares mission statement is to provide hope to those in need.
We are simply trying to help someone in need. We look for opportunities to help children and families in need. Essentials such as clothing and food can make such a difference to someone that needs them. We hope this small gift gives them hope while in a difficult situation. We accomplish this by identifying people in need and using various methods to supply them food and/or clothing. In some instances, we may also help with medical assistance where it relates to medically necessary food.
Campbell's Crew Cares was founded on, October of 2017, after my son Campbell's Make a Wish. His wish was to go to Wrigley Field in Chicago, to go see his best friend Kyle play baseball. On the flight home, that is when he asked to create a charity, so he could help people in need after everyone had helped him. And on October 3rd, his wish became a reality as we became our very own 501c3 charity. In December of 2017, that is when we partnered with Clothe a Child Project to take 150 in need children shopping for new clothes. It was an incredible event. In the next months, we planned and hosted our first fundraising event. It was called Bourbon 101, we raised around 10,000 dollars. In October, Campbell's Crew Cares partnered with Noah's Kindness Project to donate a very special piece of medical equipment to Banner Desert Hospital. The device is called a CuddleCot, it is used to give families more time to say goodbye to their precious angel babies. The CuddleCot was donated in memory of Noah James Haskovec. Once again in December, with the help of Clothe a Child we took another 150 in need children shopping for clothes, shoes and even a toy. In February, we hosted our second fundraising event, called Beer U: A Liquid Education. We Raised approximately $26,000 that night. We are now planning a brand new event that will take place on August 1st, where we will be donating backpacks to an entire in need school. We will also be working with Noah's Kindness Project by donating another CuddleCot to a local hospital. Also part of Noah's Kindness Project, we will be hosting a socks, underwear and food drive to donate to St Vincents De Paul. Campbell's Crew Cares has also partnered with Phoenix Silent Witness to create and pass out 1000 food bags to people on the streets. And this Christmas, we will once again be doing our Christmas Clothing event. These past 2 years we have been working with Clothe a Child Project, but they have decided to go and try to get their very own 501c3 Charity, so as we wish them well, we will be hosting our own event where we will still take in need children shopping for clothes and a toy. So thank you all for your support, none of this would have been possible without the support of all the people like you!!!!
